who has heard of this kid? he has been out for around 1 and a bit years but "australia" has only realeased his song jin-learn chinese around a month ago its been out for around 8 months over seas... he is a pretty good mc he beat 7 other mcs on bet freestyle friday...

I'm pretty sure I read some stuff on a japanese guy a few years back. Hip-hop is popular world-wide, it's not as if the Asians wouldn'tve given it a crack by now. It's just the language barrier that stops us from hearing about it, I mean how many Asian rock acts ever get any exposure in Australia?

Asian hip-hop is pretty big, at least over thurr. There is a really popular duo from either Singapore or Malaysia, I forget which, and they've been going for ages.

maby he is the first asian rapper to be good....

I think whats sets him apart from other Asian rappers is the fact is he's actually been signed to a major american label. He also appeared in that movie 2 fast 2 furious as the mechanic i think and was on the soundtrack as well.
