Well if anyone thought it was a fluke last week against the English - they were wrong. 2 tries today against the top equal team in the Bartercard Cup.

Bloody strong runs - often taking 3 players to stop him each time. He got smashed big time by some big islander, got back up and ran the ball and offloaded. After that hit, he went around smash other guys....everyone was talking about him in the stand....excellent player!!

he had 13 on his back but spent quite a bit of time in the centres when john williams was off, and pai was playing lock. he was heavily involved in at aleast one try whilst out in the centres

Sounds like a really good prospect, I'd like to see him moved over to Australia next year rather then spend another season developing in NZ.

Ben Smith & Josh Davis could form a very very good centre combo in the future with any luck with Tim Smith & Blake Green in the halves.

Blake Green started the year in Prems off the bench. Howver with our always moving halves combo he didnt get much of a chance but he took his opportunities and played well. Davis sounds very impressive.
