Being a Club rugby union player and captain of my school opens league team are you manly fans overly happy with the work being done on the Northern beaches atm?
Ive found Manly's work with the schools trying to develop people in the sport as atrocious. My School switched over from union in 2005 and the fact is its being left up students to work through and develop a team of pretty much kids who are about to drop out and its been a dire effort and every year since 05 I've been promised more effort.
I'm not hugely aware on the club scene have a few mates who play league watched a few games for 16's in 07 and the quality looked decent.
Although I'm a Union player, the effort being done from what i see in schools isnt great.
Any thoughts.
