Our sales pitch in recruitment has to be around Bird, Holmes getting a go. We need to change the culture of the club buying potholes (Mitch Brown, Ayshford, J.Wright) just because they have played NRL. The youngsters in this side and the ball side will be lucky to have 3-4 players make it let alone with us. However if we can show a pathway and change our mindset of trying to do a quick rebuild we can build the next 5-6 years like the Panthers have.
