Anyone else had a crack at this game? World is absolutely mind boggingly massive. Enjoying it immensely so far. If they can improve the loading times and frame rate issues id have it up there in the top 10 2015. Thoughts?

Gonna pick it up on Monday, can't wait to get up to some crazy sh*t again. The wing suit looks like a pretty cool addition, and I was watching some dude slingshot people hundreds of metres with the new dual grappling hook lol.

The lack of multiplayer is holding me back from buying. I enjoyed just cause 2 but in this day and age multiplayer forms such an integral role in the games I purchase. I am sure it is a fantastic game and a number of reviews confirm this but I enjoy playing with mates.

Have it on PC with a pretty decent video card, so haven't hit many of the framerate issues console players have been having.

Fun game, missions are boring and repetitive as hell though, I'm just mostly doing the challenges to level up my equipment and running around blowing stuff up. Can't see it holding my attention for longer than a week or two, with the exception of the wingsuit, it's basically just cause 2 with a bigger world. Not that it is a bad thing, but given the world is so big now, it's highly unlikely I'll finish it.

The wingsuit is damn fun though, my record flying is at around 10 minutes now, once you get used to it you can shred apart bases pretty easily.

Basically if you loved Just Cause 2, you'd love this one. It just may not hold your attention as long as it did previously, the dialogue and story are pretty cringeworthy and feel much more dated than it did in 2010.

Started playing this and an hour in feeling totally overwhelmed... Do enemies just continually respawn? I swear i've cleared areas but they just keep popping up...

If you clear a city / outpost it will be filled with your own rebels. You can then do whatever you want there, on the roads between these places you'll still see the army until you clear the province.

Once you get the hang of it, you can literally clear pretty much any outpost / city in about 3 or 4 minutes (until you get about 10-15 hours in and the security really steps up)

Yeh, starting to get the hang of it now. My whole offensive strategy against bases consists of getting a hold of a helicopter and holding down the fire button from a mile away...

Just leveled a base using the enemies own airstrikes :/ Basically just parachuted around targets while their planes aimed their bombs at me...idiots..

- Liberated all settlements and completed the main story line. Probably about 15 missions all up. It felt very short and generic. ZERO endgame and replay value.

- The action is fun for about 20 minutes then becomes a chore. 100+ settlements and compounds you can liberate and baring the 'mining region' they are ALL the same.

- The map is huge but boring. It's basically the same landscape/ towns/ compounds scattered throughout the map. The ruins scattered about serve no purpose. No secret places, side missions, interesting NPC's...nothing.

- I lied. The side missions come in the form of 'challenges' to earn gears that go towards useless/pitiful upgrades.

- This game failed to impress me in the way that JC2 did and feels like a rushed job. Blatant cash grab before Xmas.

3/10 Will forever collect dust on the shelf.

Picked this up yesterday. Found it fun after a 3 hour or so session. Am totally expecting it to be repetitive.

Think, I'll use the JC2 game code and play that and take this back. GOt it pre owned from EB so have 14 days to return instead of the usual 7. Might get Tomb Raider.
