I’ve just watch the game again through sober eyes . After watch it again I don’t think we played as bad as some of us have been saying. It was a stake improvement on last year; our scrambling defence was great it was silly mistakes that did it. I don’t believe the tigers beat us we gave them the game through silly mistakes.
As far as the flat attack goes, its still there but we seem to be mixing it up with deep attack also. The flat attack isn’t as flat as it was last year either. This might be a good thing as it will give a variety of attacking styles this year.
I really believe that Merritt must be our goal kick this year as Kimmorly has carried on from last year.
Once we get Vagana and Merritt on the paddock and Franze back into the top side we will have a very potent back line which we all agree was missing on the weekend.

I think he needs some time to ajust from Rah Rah so a couple of weeks in PL won't hurt the bloke it could make him better. We do need Franze and Vagana in the centres

Hey Booyah I thought Reick went ok, something else I just remembered in the second Half the tigers made a mountain of interchangers where we couldn't because of Injuries. Fresh legs make a big difference in a game which was a physical one.

Stinky looked like our most dangerous back, but he still missed a few tackles he shouldn't have.

That's not to say he hasn't improved defensively though. Macca hasn't.
