Keen for Sunday> Eagles vs Dogs

I've got to tell you I'm looking forward to this coming Sunday.

I'll be coming to the Fortress in my Dogs Jersey with my mate who supports the Eagles and a few neutrals to try to push for a capacity crowd

If the Bunnies mean anything it should be Dogs by 20

Seriously though I went to the reverse fixture early this year and the Eagles totally switched off in the 2nd half. The Eagles blistering speed men fed by Kennedy, Watmough, and Menzies had made enough points for you to eek out a crap 2nd half last time and survive.

This time expect the Dogs to get more red-zone attacking behind some big metre eating from Asotasi and O'Meley. I think if the Eagles don't carve the dogs up round the edges with Donald and Stewart again then the Dogs props will smash y'all to buggery and it'll be Blue and Whites back in the top 8

If we get there at 2pm we'll get a decent spot right?

Will it push to capacity crowd?

I reckon we'll see 17000 there with standing room only.....not sure about you guys smashing us....watched your win against an injury riddled Raiders (yes I know....you guys are suffering with injuries also) and although you won with a home crowd pulling you through, it wasn't a dominating victory (well neither was ours against the Knights either but a fresh Kennedy and Menzies should make it interesting for your pack)! Either way....hope it's a bumper crowd....I'll be there flying down from QLD Sat. night with the chilefamily :D

The Bulldogs will have 40 put on them, and Manly will have 60 put on them if the last 2 weeks is any indicator. Not confident at all.

Young Mitsubishi Electric Bulldogs rookie forward Nate Myles will make his return from injury this Sunday against the Sea Eagles at Brookvale Oval. Myles made his debut for the Dogs in round 1 against the Dragons having forced his way into the full-time squad after an impressive pre-season.

Myles injured his knee in round 9 and has been named on the interchange this week.

Adam Perry has been ruled out after suffering a leg injury last Sunday which is expected to rule him out for up to 2 weeks.

Adam Brideson has replaced Adam Perry at hooker.

Good Grief after seeing Manly's side, in particular the front row, or lack of. Its Bulldogs by 13++.

I hope I have to eat my words but the last 2 weeks and the leaky defence does not give me any confidence.

Bryant is the key early - if he can contain O'mealy and asotasi our backrow should be the difference. I will be interesting to see how alberts goes at exploiting the wingers who are known to come in occasionally - exposing a gap to our speed men.

If we step up and come to play we can win. Kite is due and can match O'meally.

I just hope the match lives up to expectations. regardless of the result as long as we show we can go with the dogs again I will be happy.

Just on that last meeting at Telstra, I was drinking a bit, but from what I recall, we certainly did switch off in the second from an attack point of view, but as I recall the dogs had plenty of chances inside our 20. Should be interesting with a few more guys back for them now.
