Going for value again. Heat of the Fires' 3 opening career runs were all good. Then in the Resiling she was forced very wide on a slow track and was beaten 6.5lengths by Pure Engergy. I'm respecting that firm once again. And hoping that this one simply doesn't go in the wet. It's had 3-4 weeks off for this, so will be nice and fresh. Hopefully get a sit just off them in running.

Respecting that QLD form again by putting Face of the Earth in for second. Fair run in the Magic Night behind Gold Edition last start and has Beadman on board. The 2 favs Catechuchu and Admirelle will both be there abouts.

heat of the fire at odds could go ok. have a look at the comments on it's debut run last October behind Mirror Mirror - "midfield trapped 6 wide. worked home out wide". that was a pretty good form race

won 2 starts back in C3 company and failed last start behind Pure Energy on a slow track. may go ok and on a firm track

and the top 3 are all in with a chance

maybe i'll have a bit on ADMIRELLE with a little E/W on HEAT OF THE FIRE

well macca we almost got a great winner

i had both HOTF and Admirelle E/W so got a good collect

i think HOTF is definitely one to follow in a few 3yo races next prep. looks like one that will run better over more ground
