Anzac Test squad named

MELBOURNE hooker Cameron Smith was one of three Storm players today included in a preliminary 25-man Australian squad for the Anzac Test against New Zealand in three weeks.
Smith, halfback Matt Orford and five-eighth Scott Hill were included alongside likely captain Darren Lockyer and 11 other members of last year's victorious Kangaroo tour squad.
National selectors also recalled St George Illawarra captain Trent Barrett as well as Brisbane centre Brent Tate, who has only played one game since his return from shoulder problems.
There are five players in the squad who haven't played Test football Penrith's Joel Clinton, Sydney Roosters pair Justin Hodges and Chris Flannery, and Melbourne duo Orford and Smith.
