At the moment it's only klemmer and ponga that fall into the "put in and were good" category.

There's a few trying hard that just aren't very good.

And the rest

I've been impressed with Barny. He is always first off the line and runs the hardest on the edges. More need to go with him.

if Glasby and Fitz had the effort of Barny yesterday the result may have been different.

Our pack will be where we need it to be when Glasby is on the bench where he belongs.

Glasby is weird one... Seems to me a slight and I mean slight upgrade on Buhrer...

Glasby does have a decent offload but perhaps he does all the small stuff we can't see on TV? Brings leadership as well?

I would like to see him on the bench.

Barnett is definitely a goer but he isn't and never will be an effective edge backrower, just doesn't have the athleticism, skill, mobility and pretty much any other attribute needed for the position, I think a lot of the issues with our right edge defence are a result of Barnett's lack of mobility and lateral quickness which means the players defending outside him have a tendency to jam in more than they need to because they're worried about the opposition 5/8th/halfback getting on his outside. I'd be tempted to put a few kg on Barnett and just turn him into an out and out prop, he's got the toughness and mentality and perhaps just needs the size to be able to play the way he wants to.

I like Barney because he's got more footy in him than a lot of our forwards who are basically "run hard/tackle hard" types but you're right about his athleticism.

Watching Wade Graham the other night was sobering.
