"The Newcaslte Knights would normally take it 'one game at a time'. But not this time. Why? Because the Storm have them worried. Very worried.
"The Storm have us worried. Very worried" reported Hagan, the Knights luckless coach. "The are the true champion side and are a true test as to how good you really are when you play them".
While the Knights might be concentrating on this week's opening round clash with the Panthers, it's their next game away against the Storm in Melbourne that has Hagan worried the most.
"It's our next game against the Storm in Melbourne that has me worried the most" said a worried Hagan. "Playing Melbourne anytime down there is a tough hard slog. They are almost unbeatable in Melbourne".
While the game has hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons, Hagan is concerned his players may be focusing on the wrong game.
"I'm worried my players may be focusing on the wrong game" a worried Hagan said. "Maybe we should ask the NRL to swap games to stop my players from getting too nervous" quipped a smiling Hagan.
After doing battle with the premieship favourites, the Storm, we'll soon see if that smile remains."
