Ive heard a rumour doing the round that Krisnan Inu is negotiating a release from his contract to join the tigers, money which we will then use to sign an established outside back, tahu being the man mentioned.....

firstly im thinking inu has to go there as a fullback as he goes
they ahve tuiaki and tupou on the wings
ayshford and lawrence in the centres and just signed daniela
personally i think he would kill them as a fullback, but he will obviously never get a chance at parramatta....

2ndly, whats everyone think if we did get tahu? how old is he nowadays, 29?

Tahu is one of the few people that I'd take over Inu, assuming there is any truth in the rumour.

I really cant get excited about any move to get rid of INU. It reminds me of when we made a decision between Vaeliki and Tonga. Imagine if got rid of Hayne last year on form??? Form is temporary, class is permanent, we will rue the day no doubt.

Tahu seems lucky to able to play a game. has he not been injured nearly all this year?

i'd prefer to keep Inu

I think you'll find he missed like 3 games this year. He is currently in the 30 man Wallaby squad which is a full time job. Unless he is traveling to NZ as an emergency for the Bled Cup I assume that he'll be released this weekend to play for the Pirates.

totally agree - we saw wat inu could do in 2007....sure he may be overpaid for what he is doing atm, but who isnt in our squad? i say let him see out his contract, gives him 18 months to pull his socks up, and if he still doesnt perform, then no matter what he does at another club, we can rest easy knowing that we gave him every opportunity!

Can someone add a poll on this to see what we are looking at in regards to for and against this as from all accounts this seems to be a pretty valid rumour

I definately do not agree with letting Inu go, he will come back into form and everyone will be bitching and whinging that we let him go. Inu is going through something at the moment , but he will come out of it, and when he does I dont want him playing for another club.
