he was shit

but now whoever appointed him, and craig coleman before him, should be held accountable

naming coleman coach - stupidest decision in the history of sport
naming langmack coach after two LOSSES in trials - a narrow second

of course yesterday's hero was going to be shite, he's a bloody clown FFS!!
everyone could see that
except for the souths board
a lot of people should fall on their sword for this debacle

oh f**k it
uncle rupert, cant we just kick souths out again?

Souths sack Langmack

2003-0327-bigleague.jpg

SOUTH Sydney tonight sacked Paul Langmack as coach of the National Rugby League club.

The Rabbitohs installed Premier League coach Arthur Kitinas as caretaker coach for the remainder of the 2004 season after relieving Langmack of all his duties at the embattled club.

Langmack was contracted until the end of the 2005 season, but has lost the faith of the Souths board after coaching the Rabbitohs to just two wins and a draw so far this year.

Souths collected the wooden spoon in Langmack's first season in charge last year.

Langmack's sacking came after a lengthy meeting at Rabbitohs headquarters in Redfern tonight.

From the herald today

South Sydney's board, meanwhile, sacked coach Paul Langmack.

Before the meeting, director Sol Bellear threatened to quit if former Australian coach Chris Anderson joined the club.

"I don't like his style of coaching," Bellear told AAP. "I will walk away, I will resign from my position as director if Chris Anderson comes to this club. And I'm not the only member of the board who thinks that way."

Souths Leagues Club chairman George Piggins revealed he had held a meeting involving Anderson and Langmack yesterday to gauge the chances of them working together.
