Agreed, this has been the most difficult 4 weeks for the club.
Close losses, big losses, gutless performances.... we've had it all.

As any other parra tragic... I too have a small ray of hope in my heart (not the brain) that we
will turn things around and be a force again.

We are now confronted with a dragons side missing 12 regular first graders, this is nothing but a
premier league side playing first grade.
If we cannot beat this side then even the faintest of hopes for this season will be extingushed.
Beating them by 1 or 2 will not be enough, we have to beat them by a big margin. Only this will indicate
a change in attitude.

I strongly belive that we lost the last 3 games as a result of bad attitude (not so much against the sharks, but more so
against cowboys and storm). I dont mind losing.... knowing that the boys have given everthing and they were simply not the better side
on the day. But our losses indicate a lack of attitude and passion.

I just cannot understand if we the supporters can be so PASSIONATE about our club, how can the players and the management show the same passion.

Anyway I HOPE we beat the dragons by a comfortable margin (20+)

No credit or respect will be gained from beating a PL team.

Its a no win situation.

And if we loose, well, I don't really want to think about that.

Remember that the Dragons have actually upset both the Warriors (when they were good) in NZ and the Broncos in Brisbane, with damn near premier league teams just last year.

I too will be bitterly disappointed if we don't win this game - but don't forget we will be missing a large chunk of our team too, so any win will be enough to satisfy me.

We have to play with plenty of passion for 80 mins (for a change) and not drop our bundles if something goes wrong (like last week).

After looking at the Dragons side there will be no excuses for losing. I think it would be a good idea to test some of the youngsters in this game though, they wouldn't be out of their depth playing against blokes who'd normally be in premier league anyway.

I don't think bad attitude cost us against Melbourne, the guys seemed really fired up at the start of the match, they kept trying, but lost their way and weren't creative enough.

The dragons will be hungry and out for a win.

Parra will be burdened with expansive complicated plays that have a low degree of success.
If we play it simple we will be OK.

My advice - Tell BS to tell the players - "you guys know how to play the game - go out and have some fun"

bloody hell, we had better win this game!

Even I will be calling for heads if we don't clap this one up by 20 or more!

I reackon we'd see a fired up performance. The players know that they have now reached the stage where they are not only playing for Brian's career, they are also playing for their own.

If they don't perform well against a team of nobodies, their changes of continuing to play first grade, let alone being on the kind of money to which they have become acustomed diminishes dramatically.

I'm predicting an absolute flogging.

I like Parramatta's chances this week, but they must fire up this week even if they think it is an easy task, they must learn from that loss to Melbourne.

A couple of players in the team must, I mean MUST step up against the Dragons, Dykes and Vella.

Although I thought Vella was impressive in a few runs he made, he set up that McKinnon try.

Go them Eels.

Apparently Head and Long have been ruled out and any late inclusions of Thompson and Blacklock have been dismissed as well..

No excuses this week..... :D
