i saw in that forum someone made the comment i was about to make, was there no one at the Villeneuve/Pia match??? The photographer answered claiming there were 700 people. I doubt it for some reason.

I joined the forum, should be good french practice if nothing else They didn't accept a hotmail address either when registering, so i had to use another, just FYI.

FLC in green, Montpellier in Red.

The other pics above have Avignon in blue and wite stripes and Saint Gaudens/Toulouse in some sort of aqua blue and black.

In the first linl, PIA is Red, Green and white, Villenuve are Green and White. (PIA looks 100,000,000 times nicer than South Sydney's in my opinion.

I used to think the same thing seeing all these grounds empty, then I realized that 8/9 out of 10 French RL clubs (LER 1 & 2) only have 1 big grandstand down the length of the left hand side.

When you read match reports in the French newspapers, they mention the crowd %90 of the time, I was confused because I'd see no one there in pics until some posters started taking pics of the one (main) GS.

Look at Avignon in these pics, you'd think 50 people at most are there, but in reality, they are getting between 1,800/2,200 a match.

Limoux, Lezignan, Carcassonne and UTC are the same.

I do believe you, but on the other side it almost looked like people could watch for free, the fence was so close. And since he took so many pics, it'd be good if he could snap just one crowd shot. Anyway, i shouldn't complain cos they are great pics.

I did use the same username, but I just got the confirmation email, and they want me to print the email, sign it and fax it to them, JUST to join the forum!?!?!??! Did this happen to you? I don't have access to a fax machine so it looks like i won't be joining, I guess I'll just have to settle for reading the forums.


EDIT: Just realised i f;;;ed up, I selected that i was under the age of 12, so i guess they want a parent or guardian to sign, oops.
