Thanks for menace lads. He's retiring but. Got any more to trade?

Tony Williams.. oh wait you already took him. Good luck with that.

Hmm, what else do we have here. Tolman, solid workhorse. Hoppa, just don't schedule too many Sunday games.

Lichaa has been named on the bench again this week against the Eels but what is the actual point of him being there? Apart from being a solid defender he offers very little else.

Last week against the Panthers we lost two players for the game, Kasiano pretty early in the first half and Elliot early into the second half. Even with us missing two players, Lichaa only got 8mins of game time. So once again, what is the point of keeping him on the bench?

Since Des has benched him he has only seen 22mins of game time in 3 games.
Rd 21 Panthers - 8mins, Rd 20 Brisbane - 8mins and Rd 18 Knights 6mins.

Our season is gone and he is long overdue to be sent back to reserve grade. Surely we can give his bench spot to someone more deserving?

We're talking about Des Has-been here - don't try to make any logic of it.

Wouldn't have changed the outcome.
No it wouldn't have changed last night at all. And dropping him earlier in the season probably wouldn't have changed many results either. He is gone, the season is gone....now is the time to blood some new players and mix things up.

Would love to see Cleeland get a crack - having said that, is it worth derailing what looks like a fairly successful ISP campaign just to experiment for next year's NRL side?

Really depends on what you want out of it. Maybe the experience in the top level will be something to add to his bow. Make the game speed up a little for him, so when he goes back down for the finals, he has that extra experience in the top grade. Lets see what we have now, rather than wait. Plus it encourages him to work his arse off in the offseason after getting a taste of first grade.
