Throwing rocks in glass houses imo, it isn't like as soon as UNITY got in there was a snap culture change. Everybody knows what happened with Bird. Everybody knows that no way in hell did he attack that girl with a glass or with anything at all. That is the simple fact despite a clear cut agenda by some "organisations" to paint a different picture.
The end result was that sacking Bird was supposed to save us money by keeping sponsors. In the end, it ended up costing us possibly over ten million as our teams chances faded dramatically. Quite possibly the catalyst for years of pain.
