In 2010, Sydney had a live site at Cockle Bay, does anyone know if it's going too happen again this year?

not too sure, but I didn't really like that live site too much. Spent a whole month in Sydney just coz that thing was talked up so much but it wasn't anything extraordinary, just a big screen. Too many people there for the Germany game so i could barely see it.

As for Brisbane, I wonder if there is some kind of big screen? I will probably go to Pig n Whistle for the Aus games and Arrivederci for the Italian games.

Yeah man, I went for the final of Euro 2012 and it was good atmosphere. Had to get there real early for a seat and a good view though. But La Dolce Vita is also a good option just across the street.

I can't think which one that is. My wife works across the road from Arrivederci in the office building there, shows how much notice I take. :)

I was there (Arrivederci) for Euro 2012. It was mental. Going to try and get there for the game against England. Greece play that night also.

Cheers is a great football friendly place. The sports bar at the Star probably has the biggest screen.

Try the Casino for starters cause they will be open all night and since the new lock-out-nany State that NSW is becoming, it is probably the only place to have a drink that late. I used to work there and have been told that they have the normal sportsbar with big screens as well as the entertainment venue with upto 2000 seats but that might be for the big games. Anyway good luck and now I have to try and find a place for me to hang out in Brisbane...
