Awesome team performance in the first half.

I wanted to deduct JWHs two points for his boneheaded trip; but his first half destruction of Souffs was epic.

What a demolition.

The team looks far more switched on for a back to back tilt than the 2014 did.

All the talk is now about the Raiders and the feeling of 'destiny' which is just perfect.

If we turn up like we did Friday, no one keeps up with us.

What are your thoughts on maybe facing the Storm in the Prelim?

I think it's great as I figured we'd have to beat them at some point.

Beating anyone in b2b GFs would be difficult and they would have poured everything into a revenge narrative on the big day.

In contrast we get them at our impregnable home ground where they haven't played; and it'll be on the back of two brutal matches. Plus we'll be fresh.

Bring them on; although an Eels clash would be awesome on so many levels.

I can’t remember a more devastating performance

I also don’t see how friend comes back into this side other than on the bench.... at best.. Verrils service is infinitely better and with our halves and outside backs that’s what matters most.

Also agree with Tommy’s comment above. even though I think we’ve got the storms number it will be an easier proposition taking them out at the SFS as opposed to a GF rematch. After today though parra may give them a run for their money. Can’t think of anything sweeter than the storm going out in straight sets.. haha

Yeah I was worried playing Storm in another GF TBH as you know Bellamy and Smith would be out for revenge.

I think Parra are a big chance next week, a bit like Newcastle in 2013.

That performance on Friday gave me immense confidence though. If we play our best we win this comp in a canter, it's that simple.

3 points: Jared Warea Hargreaves. Yes the trip was dumb, but he was the key in this game. He got our pack going forward, which created the time and space for Keary to unleash our side's attack. He tore Souths apart up the middle.

2 points: Luke Keary.

1 point: Joseph Manu.

My three are the same as Captain’s. I’ll forgive Jared’s trip cos of his impact on the game which also worries me for our next match. Our win record without him is pretty shit. I’m also worried how premiership droughts have been broken in recent history and the NRL love a good drought buster so I’m expecting leg ups for Parra and Raiders.

Thought Liu was great and Cordner brained them before he had to go off.

1- Cordner, was brilliant before being injured.

Special mention to Brett Morris, he was absolutely awesome, has been a great buy for the Roosters when he stays injury free.
Maubs was awesome too.

i think we can do it but without Jared we have to put in a complete 80 minute game
