Nothing like getting your application in early!

It sounds good but there's a lot of things that need to go right before this can happen. It's not in their traditional area for a start. But hopefully there will be a second London franchise in SL by 2015 and at present this idea seems to be the most likely to achieve that.

It's perfectly located, almost as far away from Quins as possible.

Skolars are still a tiny club. They are currently far closer in size to an amateur club than a Super League club.

If they can tee this up, then I think the logical next step is to move to Leyton and ground share with Leyton Orient. Otherwise I can't see how they can bridge the gap between being a tiny poor club with a really crap stadium, to Super League team with one of the best stadiums in the country. There has to be an intermediate step.
