Well we finished the 2004 season in a good way, winning 4 of our last 6, and only 2 wins out of the 8 (granted they would have both needed to be by 50+ points  ). These last few weeks (with the exception of the Penrith Drubbing) would have gone a long way in laying the platform for next year, and i believe we will be a big chance of making the 8 next season. With the younger guys getting some experience under their belt and the addition of two representative players, i'm hoping for bigger things next year.
However, with that being said, there are a couple of players currently in the squad, who i believe should be on the fringe of not retaining their position in first grade next year.
Shayne Dunley: Doesn't seem to have the spark that Randall has from dummy half, and when Randall goes off the team seems to lose a bit in attack. Not to meantion he is terribly ill disciplined.
Sam Harris: I honestly don't know how he is still in first grade, he offers practically nothing. his ball handling skills are poor and he doesn't seem to have an impact on the game.
Solomon Haumono: Similar to Harris, although he has a bit more of an impact, his ball handling skills are poor at times.
Andrew Walker: Has been a bit of a turnstile recently, and hasn't had as much of an impact in attack. Willo is better suited for the 5/8 position, and the last 2 weeks, the team hasn't performed as well once Walker has come on to replace Willo.
With that being said, here's what I'd like to see the squad look like next year.
1. Stewart
2. Donald
3. Stephenson
4. Hicks
5. Hoppa
6. Willo
7. Monas
8. Kite
9. Randall
10. Heckenberg
11. Watmough
12. Kennedy
13. Menzies
14. Leuluai
15. Stewart
16. King
17. Haumono/Harris/Walker/Dunley
