In this weeks RLW Graham Lowe rates the coaches. Had this to say about Tim Sheens - "He will get his club to a certain level but they will never really threaten.Has a great advantage with the experienced Bryan Hider as his offsider. Tims danger is that he may have lost his appetite for the job"

Personally i doubt he has lost his appetite, he knew what he was getting into coming to the WT and i reckon he is enjoying the challenge. There will be nothing more satisfying for Tim than when he sees his young charges finally make the 8 ( next year imho)
