Luke Dorn cut from Manly

Read today that Manly have cut Luke Dorn after signing Jye Mullane from the Sharks.

Surely Luke didnt play that badly this year...maybe we have too many halves already but being a Central Coast boy surely the Knights could find some room for him? I'd rate him better than Kidley given a chance to play with a decent squad...

I rated Dorn, I thought he was a little goer, but then again I didn't watch too many Manly games this year so maybe he ate balls.

Dorn was great last year, this year he was awful. He has the potential but might have an attitude problem. Don't know the full reasons for his poor form this year - could have been injury. But Manly did cut him. If it is an attitude problem the Knights shouldn't want him. His poor attitude will rub off on other players and you are better off without those players, no matter how much ability they have.

He was getting $100,000 a year ....you are welcome to a player that can't tackle, can't kick and flukes a brilliant pass once a year for that price :roll: I'd love to see him flourish and go better but the truth is he isn't and he's not worth the money he wants!

Like most others here I haven't seen much of him this season either, but the reports on him were that he was a star in the making, from what your saying Chile that's not the case?
