A good post. I mostly agree though still believe there are room for SOME veterans who have a positive impact on their team. 2012's version was Willie Mason.

I agree with this. Additionally, ODonnell used to give away a LOT of penalties, more stupid ones even than Gibbs at his worst.
I am also sure that ODonnell has some lingering animosity towards the Tigers re: past contract issues and the whole Fulton and Gibbs "wishbone" tackle thing.
He holds the record for most dummy spit headlines as well
