I hope his record against pommy Wayne wasn’t that good considering we are playing NZ 4 times this year.

I'm sooo stoked with this!! I think he's just what we need and as a Kiwi, I'm stoked I can still support him. I still think Souths needed a change but I really like Madge and am really happy I can still support him.

It could go one of two ways - either he whips them into shape and gets the players performing together at a level they should or he'll upset the apple cart and become another failed coach of NZ.

Hopefully it's the former.

I agree that it could go either way but imo, the Kiwis have been crying out for a coach like Madge for a long time! Our culture is all out of whack and there is no pride in the jersey.

I'm hoping Madge can restore this like he did at Souths and tbh, I think he is just the kind of coach we need.

I think Madge should go well in a rep job. His over the top ways will be much more tolerable in small doses when you are working to a very clear goal.
