The tag/renegotiation draft will start next Sunday afternoon/evening depending on when I get to it. I'll email once it starts.

We're shifting to a 48 hour timer so everyone will have plenty of time to get amongst it.

This first draft is usually over quickly so the rookie draft will likely start on the 7th or 8th July.

No, you can keep them there. Promotions salaries are 10% in the first year, 15% in the second, 20% in the third and so on, so it doesn't cost a huge amount to keep them there.
