As a season ticket holder for the roosters, I rang up to get the $8 away ticket price as a season ticket holder. The manly club is the oly club in the comp that doesnt honour this arrangement.

I rang both the NRL and Roosters Marketing and they said it is dissapointing, but it is out of their hands.

Nice work Manly football club administrators, lets hope in the future every other club decides to charge manly fans full frieght at their home games.

We do not want the likes of BBSF and f**kwittfan polluting our space!! So you tightwads cough up the dough or stay the hell away. We are in a free market capitalist country so if the buyer don't like it the buyer does not have to buy it!

Well, the other 14 clubs seem not to mind offering the discount.

Manly is God's country after all. We should charge the rest of you Sydney scum admission just to cross the Spit bridge.

(And yes, the spit does travel from North to South, in case you were wondering)

manly are scum

Quoted for truth.

Manly are absolute scum. It would be great to charge their fans full price at all their away games but that would imply that the geniuss actually leave their area.

And for the good of the rest of Sydney i would rather that didnt happen.

Manly. Where you live when you are just not successful enough for the Eastern Suburbs.

I'm guessing it has something to do with their ground capacity being fairly small. They don't get the opportunities to have big crowds, so they need to make the most of what the space they've got.

Isn't their ground capacity around the 20K mark??

Considering the dragons play at a ground with a 14K capacity and a 20K capacity that hardly makes a difference.

And what have manly's average home crowds been the past few years? In the 14s? Hardly a case for stooging people out of their money.

Perhaps if they weren't charging $22 to stand on a hill it wouldnt matter so much.

Also probably because its one of the best ovals going around we are one of a few who have kept the good old tradition of a hill. And your also paying for complimentary square metre cupboard piece to slide down our range of hill slides.

You gotta love these Eastern suburb boys... Even though they swim in their own sh*t they still think it doesn't stink.
