is that even possible when hes a 1st grader ???

why cant we play farah, halatau, harrison and teo ?????

any player can qualify if their first grade side is still in the competition, heck they could of played the fg side if they wanted to and they would of been entitled to it.

Yep. Manly have that advantage so long as they don't get injuries in Firsts taking good players out of the team. Jets, Wests and Wenty are relying on qualified players only now.

Magpies d Bears 36-8

Next week (Campbelltown Sunday Sept 28 probably from 12:00)
Manly v Wenty
Wests v Jets
Bulls v Wolves (JB Cup Grand Final)

Top day of footy - don't miss it.

I'm tipping Wests to beat Newtown and look very imposing with Dane Lawrie, Stu Flanagon and Shannon Gallant all playing well, infact I hate to say this but they may even win the whole thing..

btw, Wests have found a strike weapon with Trent Cutler at 6.

um thats really weird and completely unfair :?

aaahh!! no it's not it's been a rule for donkey's years.

I'm lead to believe that Newtown fielded Amos Roberts and SKD for the first week of the semis basicaly because their fg side were still in the comp however due to the fact they lost on Friday night those players will no longer be available.

Wests are currently enjoying the privlidge of having Dane Lawrie in the side simply because he's played enough games to qualify even though he'd be playing for the Wests Tigers if they were still competing in the NRL.

I also believe that George Ndaira finished the season playing for Norths but unfortunately has played too many fg games and Souths are no longer in the comp so the poor bugger is now running the water for them.

it's just the way it goes.

:-$

unfortunately Flanno is probably gone for the season. Newtown will start next week favourites.
