I have a bad feeling regarding the extension of Mann's contract.
Come on possm do what your instincts tell you, wait until dark go, over to Millward's house, climb into his roof and see what's going on.
While your at it, you can run around in the roof all night and give him a bad nights sleep as that's what the delay in getting Mann's signature is doing to us.

I think things have slowed everywhere while the clubs are fighting with the NRL over the value of the Salary Cap for next year. With John Grant now quitting also this is likely throwing a spanner in the works for all...

Surely its a no brainer , signing Mann and the money he would be on ...... got a feeling he is not wanted ....

Mann was average last week. He's not a centre IMO. Still think we should resign him on utility value alone. 5/8th and I suspect fullback are his best positions. Similar to Field... Not saying it's right but maybe the club have chosen Field over Mann?

When a coach shows some confidence in him and gives him an extended run in a fixed position (I think he is creative enough to be a quality halves player) I reckon he will excel and turn into a quality footballer.

Not sure about the Lockyer comparisons but he has the potential to be as creative as moylan at least...

I think people forget that Lockyer wasn't a ball player at the start of his career.

He had some skills, but his strength was in his running game. A lot of his ballplaying and game management had to be learned while already an established NRL player as he transitioned to 5/8.

The fullback role has changed dramatically since then. And I think it suits Mann down to the ground. I can't for the life of me figure out what is holding us back from playing Mann at fullback. He seems to have the complete skill set of the modern fullback.

The only thing I can possibly think of is that he isn't vocal enough to organise a defensive line from the back, but surely he has matured enough now to be given another crack at the number 1 jersey.
