Yes

Marshall is gone for the season but the upsets by the eels and cow-girls ensure that Tigers remain in 6th place.

What does it look like?

Well at a first look it would seem bad! 5/8th gone and we lost.

But if you sit down and look at our options then things look promissing.

Fact 1 - Marshall is gone. It would have been good to have him in the team, but we must bite the dust. Sheens said that he needed this operation in the off-season anyway so i suppose this means a better build up for him for next year.

Fact 2 - Halves. We have some depth. Beutnerr played well apparently and Kerr seems to be a strong half. So at least we dont need to worry much there (and in a way we are taking the conservative approach by not using a rookie like marshall)

Fact 3 - A few injuries tonight, BUT... Hodgo on fire! Galea improving! The best part out of this game is that it proved that we have the ability to COME BACK!

Fact 4 - We remain in 6th place and can work from here.

Where to from here?

A win next week will improve the moral, but in all seriosness the Wests Tigers WONT be falling away. The team needs to improve more on the silly stuff, but Kerr/Beutts will be a nice addition to the squad.

We are still running 6th with a good games ahead to get a few points off and keep our spot in the 8!

Last of all....

PLEASE dont look down. This is where the fans need to remain strong!
I know I will be staying strong and rate our chances of making the semis still as good!

Benji`s alright. He probably let in two tries, but we`ll miss his creativeness that`s for sure!

It's a HUGE blow, especially if Coach Sheens puts Fitzhenry back in the Halves
