- Sonics receive: Donyell Marshall (Cleveland), Ira Newble (Cleveland), Adrian Griffin (Chicago)

- Cleveland receives: Ben Wallace (Chicago), Joe Smith (Chicago), Wally Szczerbiak (Seattle), Delonte West (Seattle)

- Chicago receives: Larry Hughes (Cleveland), Drew Gooden (Cleveland), Cedric Simmons (Cleveland), Shannon Brown (Cleveland), 2009 2nd Round Pick (Cleveland).

Cav's got a great deal there.

Wally and Delonte should thrive next to Lebron imo...They are much better fits than the bums they had...

the deal will depend alot on which Ben Wallace we see, the energized one of Detroit or the shadow that he's been since joining Chicago. If he can be the defensive dynamo that he was, its an awesome deal, if not than its just an average deal.

I dunno about Larry Hughes being a bum, his continuous injury problems plus the fact that Cavs never really ran any plays for him to me is what contributed to his mediocre form in Cleveland. In saying that, i don't think things are going to get alot better for him in Chicago as i don't see how Hinrich, Hughes, Gordon and Duhon are gonna work well together.

Personally, Wally is just a white Larry Hughes. Streaky shooter who can catch fire in the right rotation but be downright terrible in the wrong rotation. Hughes sucked huge balls in Cleveland because (on top of being played out of position) their offense requires players to more independently create their own shot. Not a problem from LeBron, but not ideal for Hughes. I don't see Wally being that big an upgrade on the offensive end to be honest.

Hopefully without Wallace and SMith, the likes of Noah, and Tyrus Thomas get more gametime. Bulls are going to be really short on centres now. Noah will have to play a few minutes at centre, and Gooden might be the starting centre soon
