Only saw the last 25 mins, no real desire to go back and watch anything. Naden produced the worst 10min period Ive seen, which is saying something considering the amount of stinkers our players have had over the years.
It was up there!

Bradman Best should be thanking his lucky stars and going out and buying a lottery ticket. On the same week Turbo goes down injured he gets to strut his stuff against us, only to have a centre and edge backrower go down injured. Our backline reshuffle puts him up against an edge consisting of Sullivan, Naden & Staines -> Try Time Bradman!!
Will it be enough though to see him make the Origin team? Some may feel he should of put more tries and line-breaks on that trio 🤔😪😥

Most glaring thing I could see from the weekend was that our defence never moves up, they just plant their feet and wait for the attack to get to them. Watch the game again, every set Newcastle was making 10+ metres per tackle and as the game went on it started to give their outside backs more room, plus guys like Naden have a habit of backpedalling as the attack comes at them.
On the flipside, the Knights were moving up quickly and getting us level with the play the ball, there was a couple of sets where we kicked from our 20m line.
All this adds up to more pressure on our playmakers, they are never getting good ball unless Api can work some magic. With our current squad we should be putting all our focus on defence and energy, we don't have the players to match the top teams in attack, then like the Parra and Sharks games this year if we can stay in the fight we might have a chance towards the end.
