Well this deserves 30k. Probs will only get 25k though. I expect some members who live interstate or hours drive away for both clubs supporter bases will make this one...

Massive night with Sutto first Souths player to ever play 300.

Respect goes out to Robbie too playing his 250th for the Tigers!

Should be a close match actually! Could go either way! Mbye, Marsters, Benji, Brooks and Farah are all threats. Lawrence maybe not playing is a great thing for us! Tatola will be right up for it too!

Gotta love the halves battle and Cookie v Robbie!

Mbye v AJ too!!

I'm hoping our left edge can come to the party!

I wanna buy some friends some GA tickets too this one too I think so anyone know how much Tigers charge for GA opposition supporters. I'd be assuming around $30.00 per adult @Vic Mackey

Souths have been pretty ordinary for the last 6 weeks, just lucky they've played terrible sides. With Origin out of the way though you'd expect them to step it up a notch, which they definitely can.

Assuming Lawrence will be out which is devastating, been our best player this year. Will need MCK to be at his best. Aloiai would have to be in doubt too. I like him starting on the edge, gives us a lot of size and aggression. At least we have Twal to come in somewhere.

You'd think we'll get better every week Mbye and Farah play with us. Scored 3 good tries today, had a fair one taken off us and blew another certain one. We'll have to be up another 20-30% on what we were today to beat Souths. I have my doubts we'll be able to do that, will need everything to go right and for Souths to be off their game. Unlikey we'll get up but then I thought we were no chance today.

Warriors very good
Sharks very good
Titans ordinary (very disrupted line up)
Eels (glimpses of good)
Cowboys (ordinary in parts but we are shit in the rain)
Bulldogs (ordinary in parts)

The good thing is when you're not at your best in this origin period we found ways to keep winning!

Our starts have been poor past 4-5 weeks. I'm sure that's something Seibs will be looking at!

We seem to have a habit of being off our game a bit against lower placed sides but we tend to lift playing top 8 sides I've found this year!

Yep I won't lie, I'm hoping Lawrence is out!

I'm hoping our left edge has a field day down Nofoaluma' edge!

GI is a loss for us too! He was hitting some good form too.

I said weeks, not games.

I have no doubts souths will be better then they have been. Origin is a big distraction for teams effected.

Lawrence will be a terrible loss, particularly as he would be a good foil opposite Crichton. Chee Kam has always played his best on the left though so assuming he comes in. Garner could be a roughy as he plays on the left but doubt Cleary would throw him in for such a big game.

GIs always out lol, you should be used to it now. Plus for whatever reason he tends to play shit against us.

Not sure, for the club I have a Lecihhardt and Campbelltown membership, then one with ANZ stadium (not tigers associated)

I reckon Chee-Kam killed it last week and hopefully the loss of Rowdy isn't too big an issue. I'm worried though we get smashed in the forwards. I think their backs are better than ours but it's closer.

Souths 2-5 are pretty ordinary.

2. Graham - very tall which worries me with Thompson marking him. Has a lot of mistakes on him though
3. Hunt - solid defender, doesn’t add much in attack
4. Gagai - ordinary center, can’t tackle
5. Jennings - catches the ball and puts it down, otherwise nothing special

Of all the top 8 I’d say they’re comfortably the worst without GI. It’s the rest of the side you worry about..

Their backs aren’t that great..

If the Tigers can hold them in the middle you never know..
Agree

My concern in this game is the ascendancy the twins are capable of giving Souths in the middle. On the last 3 mths form I can’t c us matching them here although I’m glad our best prop Twal is back.I can also c cook in attack targeting Eisenhuth. His sluggish movement in defence is a major liability for us & he has been one of many major disappointments for us this yr in the forwards.

Yep it’s their forwards & reynolds’s kicking game that are their strengths.

Eiso started the year well but has fallen away lately. Not surprising really, it’s a long season and this is his first fulltime year in first grade.

It was his bad read that let Dufty score the Saints third try. If Lawrence wasn’t injured I think Twal would have come back and he spent some time in NSW Cup.
