Has anyone had any issues with the membership department when it comes to processing their memberships?
The reason I ask is the past 2 years the membership department has stuffed up when it comes to relocating my existing seats (either by making a mistake or completely forgetting to process my request) so then I get left with whats left over after they have finished processing new members. And to make matters worse I rock up to the game on Friday night and none of my passes work (I have 4 of them) and I have to spend 15mins explaining to stadium staff I'm in the correct area.
I've already called the membership department and I'm waiting on a call back (knowing my luck my complaint will go missing too). But at the moment I'm considering if I should renew come next year, I'm spending close to a grand in these seats and I keep getting dicked around.
