RIGHT NOW !!

Henry has nothing more to offer this club ... his heart is not in it.

By seasons end morale at this club will be at an all time low ... and with your poor record you're going to have enough trouble retaining players and attracting some talent to the club.

Pay him two months wages and I'll even pitch in with a one way economy class ticket to townsville ... or even better put a yellow jersey on him with RUNNER written on his back.

Back up your decision to give an untried FG coach a 3 year contract and for once do something that most supporters of this club would love to see.

I want henry gone as much as anyone, but how can you say his heart is not in it?
have you spoke to him?

No I havent ... the longer this season goes the more that will be clearly shown to be the case.

C'mon mate do ou really think his interests lie with this club.

I've got no idea where his interests lie, I don't know him.

I'd like to think he does care about canberra's results, and will do his best to improve them

Exactly. We have to rely on him having pride in the results of the club. And when you think about it- no coach would rather have a losing side over a winning side.

I thought he could have gone straight away, but nothing i saw tonight told me that his heart wasn't there or really anything was that wrong with our plans. To me it just seems we have some rubbish players and we are very thin on quality in the important 7 and 9 jumpers.

Not many teams will win at skilled this year. There's an awesome home ground advantage. We had a tough night. We we're right in the mix and after a few dubious descisions we just dropped our bundle.

* Carney was shocking and I agree with most sentiments here that he has got to move wider.
* Weyman is going to get weeeeeks for his on field incident
* I thought the forwards in general played really well for a majority of the match.
* Hinchcliffe impressed up until his departure.

The important thing here is to sleep on it. Just wasn't our night.

I would bet my last dollar that Furner will not be wearing the runners jumper for the full season ... he'll take over the reigns .. just a matter of when.

Daley wasnt an organiser as such ... we'd be far better off with one of the Johnsies

Other than pure speed and agility (that you cant teach) I dont think Mullos would be the best backs caoch.

I have a feeling Croker would not be a great influence on the younger guys .. might be able to teach a few how to play with a busted knee and ankle

As far as I am concerned the players hold the key. If they put in a good performance this year the better chance they have to attract good players next year. The coach should be that much of an issue. They are paid to play, they should have pride, they should want to show David Furner what they have, they should not be worried about things they can't change and that is the coach leaving. However, if they decided to mutiny on Sunday at about 1.30pm and refuse to take the field unless Neil HENRY throws his sorry butt out of the change room I for one would fully support them!!!!!!!:crazy:
