Unlucky enough to catch it at the movies? Yeah....i was......it dragged on in a lot of spots and the only real shocking moment was the Dave Mustaine segment
i thought it was pretty good - it's honesty was probably the highlight. It made the band members (particularly Lars and James) look like tools on a number of occasions, and the band could have just said "make us look good" and people would have still gone and seen the film - but they didn't. It's a story of some seriously mixed up guys (kinda) get their shit together - very well made film.
Meant to go see it on the big screen and missed it. Is it just all docu footage or is there some actual music in it? I want to see it regardless because I'm a big fan, just curious as to what actual music is featured.
Isnt about time they released another live set of some sort?
I dont think its gonna be like the Pantera home video's unfortunately, which, incidently are a perfect done rock video/DVD the way they mix backstage, touring, partying and live shows
