Anyone know why he didn't turn out for PNG in the world cup? He was named in their preliminary squad but then nothing after that. Injured?

Yep, injured.

Poor bloke had a horror year injury wise, I believe his shoulder injury late in the year was what ruled him out of the PNG squad.

I hope he does, robertson played sh*t for scotland so far. I'm worried about Manly getting peppered with aerial bombs down his side. Bani is the man for the futue IMHO.

Robertson has been great under the high ball ever since he joined us. Robbo is a certain starter on the wing for us next year. I think the only way Bani will get in is through Origin, injury or if Williams was a one year wonder.

Well if thats the case, and he plays in premier league until 2011 under his contract, than I would switch clubs.

Bani can also play centre or fullback so he'll be used quite often in 1st grade if fit.

He's got a contract he can't go to another club, can he? Unless he gets a release.

But you wouldn't know about that because so many Souths players have left your club while still contracted to the club.

Well, why does your club sign sh*t players? They still have to pay them if not all some of their contract monies.

And how do you think you got Sandow? He was axed by the Titans for offield drammas.

They might no be going anywhere but I wouldn't bet on it.

Robertson's been awful for Scotland in the world cup. cost them several tries in their first game and almost did the same tonight against Fiji.

I don't enjoy getting into this little tiffs....but Luke has been linked to three clubs in the past 6 weeks mate - there's evidence that the kid wants out.

As for Sandow, he needs to back it up this year to prove he's not just another 8 game flash in the pan like the past 10 "next big things" that the bunnies have had.

And just on Robbo - I can't remember him dropping more than 2 bombs in the past 3 seasons while playing for Manly. He's dropped more than that in each game at the World Cup. I can only think of one reason - he's still drinking/celebrating the GF win. When he plays for Manly, Robbo is one of the most complete wingers in the comp - safe as anything under the high ball, doesn't make mistakes, helps out getting the ball out of your red zone, is an excellent finisher and he's bloody quick.
