I feel he is ready to explode this season while Ram thinks he is a bit of and over rated bum.
I guess by end of season one of us will be right.

Even carrying a bit more bulk I'd rather see him spend less time in the middle, perhaps try and use him the way we used T-rex in the few games before he exploded.

I agree. Unless of course we've been playing silly buggers with the HIA rule but I don't think we have. For a young bloke he spends way too much time being assessed for concussions. If he ends up with 2 or 3 more in 2019 I think it's in the interests of his long term health to hang them up... Hell, it might already be too late...

Yea, I think they can help reduce direct blow injuries like fractures, contusions etc but don't do much for concussions

We are yet to go into timing adjustments. Its all in the Blueprint me and Ram worked on while waiting to re charge in our last bone on bone meeting.

It would stop cuts and brusies to a degree.
While I was boxing and on my way to a state title I always wore head gear and was concussed a few times.
