A backrower who doesn't play in the backrow and then a backrower who wasn't even a stand out in his era? Interesting selections.B Slater, M O'Connor, J Lyon, M Cooper, G Inglis, B Fittler, A Johns, G Lazarus, C Smith, P Civoniceva, M Meninga, G Tallis, B Clyde Interchange - D Buderus, A Fifita, P Harrogan, G Stewart
It’s all about opinions and all that.No A Johns? Would have C Cronk ahead of J Thurston and D Lockyer.
M Meninga played enough as an edge-forward. G Stewart was class, beautiful player.A backrower who doesn't play in the backrow and then a backrower who wasn't even a stand out in his era? Interesting selections.

I only started to watch RL in 1984.Can I ask why 1985 and not 1982 as 1982 was the watershed year for international RL IMO?
Fair enough. Some of us are a tad older than youI only started to watch RL in 1984.
