1 Mckinnon
2 Anderson
3 Lyon
4 Tate
5 Grothe
6 Dykes
7 T Smith
13 Mateo
12 Wagon
11 Hindmasrh
10 Cannings
9 Moriss
8 Cayless

14 Riddell
15 Tsoulos
16 Jack
17 Vella

The backs are f**king fast

The forwards have a good mix of skill, pace and some big boppers and a heap of 80 minute players.

The bench is Big and strong

The halfs if Dykes stays should go well. T Smith and Dykes combined well when Dykes was demoted to PL against the Tigers maybe smith should give it another go but only in the top grade.

Again, There is some serious speed in that backline and If Jamie Decides to end his exile and come back it will be like a new signing

I know you're not a fan of Luke Burt, but I think he should be in that side somewhere. I'd have Witt over Dykes as well, and Widders should fit there somewhere too.

Jamie Lyon is GONE .... get used to it !!
Adam Dykes has NO future at our club.

Tim Smith at Half and Michael Witt at 5/ 8
Thats what Smithy should be doing RIGHT NOW !!

Dont care if we lose every game for the rest of the season - the season is stuffed anyway ... lets experiment and plan for the future!

Dykes will stay and provide more in 5/8 than Witt. Remember just becuase they have 7 and 6 on thier backs it dosnt mean they will play there. Like when wagon plays 5/8 pearson was 2nd reciever.

Jake, I'd like to see it.

However, Peterson is a better wingman than Anderson.

Lyon is gone - hence the cash to spend.

Tate - as if!!!!

6,7 and 9 will hopefully be Morris, Dykes and Pig.

Vella deserves to start. Wags at lock, Mateo to earn his spot like everyone else.

I really dont care who plays, as long as we win the bloody comp!!!

Jake,

You forgot to name the coach.
If its not Smith, I think that is a sensational side.

My squad for 2005 (considering we keep everyone)

1. Wade: picks himself if his form continues
2. Eric jr : Too good to leave out
3. Fresh : If he retains the form he had before he got injured
4. Burty/Ash: Really just depends on what type of game we are playing
5. Anderson: Good young blood
6.
7. Witt: Has a big future with a solid kicking game.
8. Stapo: Good form. Best forward besides hindy.
9. Johnny: As i said in a previous post.
10.Cayless: Would've put him in the second row but i'd rather Jack
11. Hindy: This guy is a dead set legend.
12. Jack: Also good young blood who is a star of the future.
13. Feleti: See jack and anderson

14. Riddell: he could fill in as a replacement 2nd row or hooker
15. Cannings: havent seen much if him.
16. Micky V: Handy to have on the bench
17. Dykes: Cant go past his form
18. Ash/Burty: our replacement back
19. Tsolous
20. Peek
21. Muckert
22. Tim Smith

probably should save these 2005 squad lists for a little while longer. it is a long way away. and im sure there will be some more signings (albeit probably fringe players) soon.

I think Cannings and Riddell really suit that physical football in the opening exchanges.

What form was Freshy showing before he got injured??

I didn't see any real evidence of anything outstanding.

my squad (considering we buy a few more players)

1. Wade McKinnon (our best fullback since....Brett Hodgson  )
2. Luke Burt (has speed, something witch our wingers (apart from Grothe) dont have)
3. Junior Langi
4. Paul Franze (in a few yrs this kid will be one of the best centres in the game ;-) )
5. Eric Grothe (our best back)
6. John Morris
7. Michael Witt
8. Aaron Cannings
9. Mark Riddell
10. Nathan Cayless (i also like him in the second row)
11. Nathan Hindmarsh
12. Chris Muckert (injury has basically stuffed this yr for him)
13. Glenn Morrison (would be a great signing, a great player)

14. Dean Widders
15. Chad Robinson (his winning culture from easts should prove good)
16. Craig Stapleton (tough & Aggressive)
17. Chris Thorman (adds spark from the bench)

18. Justin Tsoulos
19. Fui Fui Moi Moi
20. Mark Leafa (from souths, would be a cheap, handy pickup) same with Gray Viane from the tigers
21. Shane Muspratt
22. Feleti Mateo
23. Jack Afamagasa
24. Lee Hopkins
25. Mathew Rieck (very fast, if i didn't pick Franze he would be in the starting lineup)
26. Ashley Graham (when fully fit is a promising player)
