yep duffy should stay, IF Marshall is back then he'll play 5/8 and move fitzy to the centres again....................which reminds me , the SMH reports today that Payton will play this week while Marshall is due to resume full training this week which of course means he would be available to resume playing.

i notice you don't have gibbs in your team,is it because you also noticed he wouldn't run the f**king ball.

i am amazed i have seen so many posts about buckets and patto not making any impact yet you all seem to accept a prop that won't run the ball.

gibbs is struggling at the moment,and it wouldn't surprise me to see him out of the 17 this week.

What did Dene do?

While I don't think anyone other than hodgson really deserves praise for the disgraceful effort that we saw on saturday I didn't notice any major mistakes from dene that could warrent a demotion

most of our problems were coming from the other side of the field

when i look at a young prop the first thing i look at is how willing they are to make the hard yards.
yes he is making tackles,but there is a big difference between running at 1 player and smashing him with the aid of another and running it up yourself with 2 or 3 forwards coming to smash you.

over the last month i have noticed he isn't putting his hand up when we need the hard yards.
so i had a look at how he went against the big boys again and see he couldn't even make more than 8 hitups against the broncos,panthers,dragons and against the roosters i don't even think i counted 5 times he took it up.
it was no surprise to see the only time he has made double figures was against souths and manly.

then you look at our backrow and they are having to ruck it up the middle when a bloody prop should be making those hard yards.
