Seluini appears to be making his long awaited First Grade debut tonight. I hope Elliott uses him at the right times and he has a blinder!

I'll believe it when i see it. I epect we'll field an even weaker side then the one we named. Thats how much faith i have in our coach.

He was great last night, probably a top 3 performer.

Showed plenty of spark from dummy half, made 70m plus a line break, showed much more than Iosefa, I really hope he becomes a fixture on the bench

One very pleasing aspect is that he seems to have upped his defensive work-rate significantly. Good signs if you're a Panthers fan.

Interestingly though, Iosefa had by far his best game of the season last night (that isn't saying a lot, I know)

Saying very little, because I thought he was poor.

Everytime he ran from dummy half it was the wrong time, his defence was weak, he was constantly offside (always being called out by the refs) and gave away a strupid, stupid penalty at an important time of the game.

I think you are far too harsh and wrong.

He is far better than Masada and Masada gives away stupid penalties all the bloody time.

Nafe provides spark, and he will in time be very very good.

I thought he was good (and I couldn't say that about too many of them). As for him being poor in defense, I didn't see it. Thaiday tested him out at
every oportunity, and he was rock solid. Playing off the back of our pathetic pack, was never going to be easy.

Spitty was talking about Masada Iosefa I think, in regards to the post before his.

Nafe Seluni was great for us. Although it was ridiculous that he came on to the bench replacing a front rower. We should have dropped Adrian Purtell to put him on the bench, and brough in a front rower to replace Sam McKendry.

Matt Elliott is f*cking clueless. Against the Sharks (one of the biggest and toughest packs in the NRL) he goes in with one first grade forward, a reserve grade second rower, a reserve grade centre and a reserve grade hooker.

This week he manages to make an even worse bench with one first grade forward (Bell, who isn't as good as McKendry), 2 centres (one lacking match fitness, the other the worst centre in the NRL) and a hooker making his debut.

Both weeks 3 of his selections should have been fighting for the one bench spot. While blokes at Windsor should have been straight into the team as the positions they specialise in were depleted in first grade.

Hmm I think you need to watch the game again he was anything but solid in defence. Also exaggerating the only penalty he conceeded which to be fair he had a big bopper (team mate) lying on top of him at the time.

One of his darts out of dummy half enventuated into the line break had he had a player with him it could've been a try. In the NYC we always had Fish (Glen fisiiahi) running off him, somthing Matty Elliot should look in too.

Overall I thought he had a good outting nothing special by any means.

Worier, Spitty was talking about Iosefa not Seluini. He was responding to the post before him saying Iosefa was good.

Seluini has been named for Windsor, please tell me he hasn't been dropped for Iosefa?
