Here's the update:

http://m.wrestlezone.com/news/26995...o-hospital-at-raw-will-not-appear-on-the-show

According to The Wrestling Observer, Ric Flair was backstage at Raw tonight and scheduled to appear on the show, however he was described as looking "not healthy" at the arena, and was taken to a local hospital in Philadelphia. Flair has since left the PA hospital and is being transferred to a hospital closer to his home in Charlotte, NC.
With Flair no longer taking part in the Raw taping tonight, Bret Hart, Dusty Rhodes, Mick Foley and Jerry Lawler are expected to take part in a segment with The Rock and John Cena.

Flair is a maniac, he flew back from Japan with that bloodclot rather than go to hospital, could have died.

I was just in Vegas last month and he was doing a signing. It was like a scene out of the wrestler with him just sitting there alone. Only thing that made it worse was the hour plus(and that is being conservative) line waiting for him to go and Tyson to arrive.

Yeah, it's pretty tragic (and given he had some trouble with heroin possession apparently in recent times, it's not out of the question that this is yet another "wrestling overdose"), but I too initially read "Reid Flair" as "Ric Flair" when I first saw this mentioned elsewhere.

Apparent Overdose.

Sad news. Seen some of his stuff in Japan. Seemed Good. Apparently was close to getting a WWE development deal soon.
