I’m shocked that Newcastle are parting ways with him. I really am.
This club only wants old boys,
Brown would do a far better job than McGregor.
Yes Brown is not up there with the best of them regarding coaches, but at least he had a decent record with Saints.
We have to be realistic with this club.
So I would definitely welcome Brown back.
    Finals records at Saints
Brown finals record: 5 from 6
    McGreogr: 2 from 6

Meanwhile, we’re spoon contenders & our coach is safe.
    f**k this club.

    Good point.
So many coaches are under pressure at other clubs.
Pay was under pressure with his terrible pressure yet he has a job!
    McIdiot ZERO pressure.

Snap decision time for the club.

f**ked if I know what the best outcome is here. Sacking McGregor is obviously a good move, but locking in brownie for min 3 years?

Knights had the nous to put Brownie on performance based and no lock in contract v our mob who throw a further two years at McRigormortis with apparently no kpi's.

    Brownie is not the answer.
His record is not that flash either but we love to fantasise as to what he "might" do at our club.
Reemploying past employees is never a good idea and hopefully he finds a gig at another club.
We need to tough it out now and let Mc Grinner see out his time until we are guaranteed to get a coach who has impeccable credentials.
If that opportunity comes sooner rather than later than all well and good.

    I disagree.
    I'd love to see ................

    Coach - Brown
    Head Assistant - Head
Assistant to the Assistant - Barrett
Assistant assisting the Assisting Assistant - Young
    Tee Holder - Horby
    Sand Boy - Price
    Waterboy - McGregor

    ............... anymore????

I'd rather Brownie any time rather than McWreckor, at least he can identify & develop young talent, whereas our Peanut can simply destroy or depart talent out the door!
How about Mary goes North to Newie and paint their town!

    No more old boys!

I thought we'd agreed on this.

    Stay focused you lot.
