Yep, he has the technical plans which no other coach can match at the moment

I may be wrong but i think that since the pressure has been off, he has relaxed with the players, tried a few things and things are going well for him.

I think the reason why he was going bad or choking might be because he was getting to much pressure form above, seems as though this year there isn't and things are going ok for him.

Untill the finals that is.

if nothing else, the two semis victories in '06 proved to me just how clever a coach he is.

we played 2 completely contrasting styles of football within 7 days.

that takes some doing.
that is pure coaching nous.

& given that the side that season produced nothing like its form of the previous 2 seasons, brown showed that he has what it takes.

i hope he gets back. & i'd love to see him take out a title even if it's with another club.

Started coaching first grade when he wasn't ready. It's not his fault. I think he's a reasonable coach but if he stays in coaching he'll probably end up just being an assistant for the remainder of his career.

He'll do well in the UK imo. He was definitely too young, and maybe would of been a bit too buddy-buddy with the team when took over. He'll come back and coach an expansion team in a few years.

He is one of the smartest football brains running around out there. Unfortunately he doesn't have a good record of preparing teams to consistently play 100% from round 1.

If we got him to coach us, I would definitely be satisfied. He was thrown into the deep end as a coach (weren't some of the players older than him when he started). Now that he's at a very mature age, he is going a lot better. A very clever coach who is harshly criticized.
