People need to realise that being chronically underrated by the mainstream NRL media is one of our major advantages as a club. The biggest threat we have to a dynasty is the core of this group being broken up. If they want to label guys like Yeo or Edwards as simple honest toilers and pass over them for Origin then that's going to influence their market value. Now that sucks for the players, but the club can use that to match the offers that come in for hyped players like Chrichton or Kikau.

I'd also point out that if Nathan is going to be the games elite halfback for the next 10 years, having his Dad as the coach is going to allow us to get him at a value price. The Cleary situation came with risks, but it always had the potentially to greatly reward us.

To be fair there's very few people here I dislike lol. I hope I'm not on anyone's ignore list. I can be like a dog with a bone expressing my opinion but try to justify with valid logic and reasoning.

Good on you for that. I agree with the no ignore list even thou there are some that you lock horns with. But it is a personal preference choice I guess.
