What did everyone think of the draft just gone, the top three made out like bandits and the Knicks got the biggest steal of the draft with Lampe in the second round.

The biggest improvers next season(from the draft) i think could be the Suns, picking up Barbosa and Zarko.

There is also quite a few good players who went undrafted, players like Jason Gardner, Hollis Price, Marcus Hatton could find there way onto some summer camp rosters...

The FA period should be very interesting, being a Nuggets fan and all 8)

From the point of view of my Toronto Raptors, I hope the draft works out well. It was devastating when they didn't get one of the top 3 picks in the lottery - one of those top 3 guys would have turned the team around right away. I think Chris Bosh is a good pick even if he takes longer to develop. They needed an athletic big man since losing Keon Clark to the Kings a year ago.

The free agent period should be very interesting. Where Jason Kidd goes will have a big impact. I see the Bucks have traded away Sam Cassell - they must be hoping to re-sign Gary Payton, but if he leaves (which you'd think he will if he wants to play for a contender), they'll be without a good point guard.

The Bucks picked up TJ Ford, and from his college games that i watched last season i'm fairly sure that he will be able to run the offense. If Payton leaves i think it will be in a sign and trade, the Bucks will try everything possible to at least get something for Payton...

I was looking at the Lakers after the draft and the two players that they added could start straigt away with Cook at PF and Walton at Point Forward.

I belive Bosh to be a great pick-up for your Raps, he has a bit more offence then Clark which will help u guys.

How funny is it that Portland picked up Outlaw. :lol:
