Need Help With Madden 2005 Franchise

When I do Franchise after 10 or so years the talent of all the players dies in the ass, and after about 15 years it seams like the highest player rating aren't higher than 90. and the players that are 90 are about 35 years old. Is there anyway to keep the talent of the players above 95??? after McNabb etc retire all QB's etc suck. Any help?

Interesting...I don't seem to have that problem. Are you simming franchise seasons by any chance?

If it was a true sim wouldnt that be right? I mean you couldnt expect McNabb to be red hot at 73. As for the new QB's being crap, are you building them up pre-season? The difference between a QB rated 97 & one rated 93 is nothing so forget Don & thats where a rookie QB with above average stats should, after a 2 or 3 years, have stats making them fairly competitive.

Plus you cant stay at the top forever so suck-up some horror seasons & get the good draft spots.

I have a QB who i got in the draft probably 3 years ago. I've given him short periods of game time at Carolina, Denver, Arizona and now i have him starting for Cincinnati. He's rated about 80, too, and is very useful.

I Use Kyle Boller Heaps! Am in my second year and he's already 91 and in his early 20's

I use J.p. Losman because Drew Bledsoe got a career ending injury. Losman is a 85 player
