Traits that are required (in some combination) from our board of Directors:
- Experience in sport administration
- Experience in large financial management
- Experience in marketing
- Contacts with business heavyweights across the state/country

Traits that are not necessarily required form our Board of Directors:
- Bleeds red and white (otherwise known as 'Passion' or 'Dragons fan')
- Be a household name
- Good bloke

This sort of thinking is what lead our board to a continuous stream on inbred appointments to the clubs management.
