Is that the short clip? I couldn't tell anything from it at all. It wasn't particularly catchy and didn't have anything at all to rave about.

I'm a big fan of Pearl Jam and Ten is one of my all time faves, but that clip doesn't inspire me at all.

Kind of in the vein of Spin The Balck Circle/Do The Evolution for pace, but a little softer? On first listen it's not bad...

Its boring.

If they are to live up to their claims that this is their best ever album, it will have to improve on that. 7/10 at best.

It's hardly boring.

The single has been released on iTunes with a second track off the album "Umemployable" - it's really unlike Pearl Jam to be honest. It's really melodic - almost Weezer like. It's really bloody good.

I have very very high hopes for the album :)

They are decent songs alright. All of them are on par with any of the Pearl Jam fillers from most of their previous albums.

But they said they were confident this material was their best ever. Better than 'Ten' and better than 'Vs'.

These songs, although perfectly acceptable in their own right, do not bear comparison to those albums, not even close. I'll buy the album, but I'm hoping the best songs are being held back.
